Membership is free. We invite you to learn more about the benefits of membership and join our community today!
Membership is free, and is comprised of individuals interested in the practice and study of KT. While the membership is primarily in BC and is predominantly health-related, anyone is welcome and encouraged to join in order to share learnings and resources related to KT across diverse sectors and disciplines.
Benefits of joining: As a member you’ll gain full access to the website, including the members-only content such as our blog, KT resources, events, funding and job opportunities. You’ll also be able to connect with your KT colleagues through our members database and you’ll receive updates on Chapter events.
After you complete this form, your application will be reviewed for approval, which may take a few hours. (As a volunteer-run organization, it may take a little while for us to respond. Thanks for your patience.) You will then receive an email with further instructions. Please don’t attempt to complete this form again.
What can you expect as you apply to join us?
As you complete the form, you’ll be asked for your username, email address, first and last name, job position, organization and city. These are required fields as we review all applications and only approve those that come from real people.
A bit about communications.
As you complete the form, you’ll also be prompted with “Yes, send me weekly site updates by email.” These are updates that will show you in one place all new website content added in the previous week. You may also receive newsletters from the CoP alerting members to items of interest, such as forthcoming events. You can also subscribe to receive updates immediately on discussion forums.
Once you’ve been approved:
Please go to your profile and
1) Change your password to something meaningful for you.
2) Add content to your profile. You can include things like your website, your social media handles, a photo of yourself, and how you fit into provincial KT (like what region of the province and sector you’re in, and who your key stakeholders are). This information will help your CoP support building relationships across the membership.
If you have questions, contact us and someone will get back to you.
